Acure Organics Giveaway Review
Hello!
As you may know I recently won two full size facial products from ACURE Organics in a giveaway they had on their Instagram and I am ecstatic to try them. I am always on the look out for cruelty free skin care products that I can trust to work. I received the Sensitive Skin Facial Cleanser and the Brightening Facial Scrub in the mail about two weeks ago and tried them the day they arrived. I have used the Facial Cleanser everyday and the Brightening Scrub every two days since then and I have nothing but amazing things to say about these products!
ACURE Organics is cruelty-free, organic and vegetarian, though many of their products are vegan. Their motto is, "It is not enough to be natural, it also has to work" and I think they capture that perfectly in their products. I am extremely impressed with the quality of the face wash and exfoliator. I hope to add more of their products to my skin care routine as time goes on because I have full confidence in the quality and ability of ACURE Organic's products.

I started off using this exfoliator during my nightly face wash routine and I am in love! It's absolutely amazing, the perfect product to scrub off the residue of a stressful day. It has the distinct sea algae smell that all products with chlorella have but I find it rather pleasant. I start off by removing my makeup, though I usually don't have any on during the week. Next, I step into the shower and wash my hair before touching my face! Washing your hair first is the best way to help keep hair product residue from ending up on your face. Plus, since I wash my face last it gives my pores time to open up in the steam. I use this ACURE Brightening Scrub as the first part of my in-shower makeup routine so I can exfoliate away all the dead skin cells and leftover makeup hiding in my pores. Take a dime sized dollop of the scrub, and dab it on your forehead, nose, both cheeks, and chin. Scrub away for a minute or two and ta-da! This scrub has improved my complexion exponentially in just two weeks and I saw improvement in the first use. I highly recommend it to everyone, especially those with acne scars. this scrub has done more for my acne scars than another treatment.
After using the Brightening Scrub, I squeeze out another dime sized drop of this Sensitive Facial Cleanser and dab in in the same places on my face. Taking my facial cleansing brush, I scrub the wash all over my face in circular motions for about a minute. Rinse. Then, to close your pores, turn the shower water to cool and stand in it. Make sure to let the cool water run over your face. My favorite part about this face wash is that when I get out of the shower, my face doesn't feel stripped. A lot of times the other face washes I have used stripped all of my skin's natural oil off. This cleanser cleans and removes dirt, but when my face dries my skin feels soft and supple instead of dry and flaky. I love this cleanser for everyday use, but if I am having a particular breakout I usually pair it with YesTo Tomato Blemish Clearing Wipes after I get out of the shower to clear those pesky pimples.
